  • Overview

    Diverse lending solutions provider is looking for a Process Improvement Support Administrator


    • Evaluate the organization’s process in order to maximize efficiency, minimize waste and costs and improve output.  Evaluation may include the analyzation of inbound/outbound calls and long vs. short calls
    • Under supervision, works to identify potential process inefficiencies or obsolete processes/technologies such as call strategies, NSF returns and IVR experience
    • Uses metrics to demonstrate the impact implemented changes made to the organization.  Assists in identifying effective ways to improve quality and/or minimize process waste
    • Coordinates and implements regular administrative projects, external communications, mailings, plus word processing reports or presentations
    • Administers regular departmental operations functions, such as generating and distributing documentation, generating and sending correspondence, informing departmental personnel of issues and problems and processing request for information
    • Creates new or updates existing spreadsheets and databases that track, record or analyze operating data.  Print reports, graphs, or similar materials as it relates to call volumes, trends or customer experience
    • Must maintain confidentiality
    • Other duties as assigned at management’s discretion and operation need
    Employee will have access to personal identifiable information (PII) and business confidential information


    • Ability to work independently and have the ability to facilitate, build enthusiasm and achieve consensus among disparate groups
    • Ability to reason logically, abstractly and be able to negotiate and drive effective changes
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project and Outlook)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organization skills
    • Good time management skills; a thorough understanding of corporate structure, culture and processes
    • Skills in interpreting data, problem solving and making recommendations for solutions are necessary
