    Our diverse lending solutions client is seeking an contact center manager to remotely oversee their outsourcing call center staff in the Dominican Republic.Travel is required periodically to the Dominican Republic. Candidate must be able to commnicate well and understand employees with foreign accents. 


    • Minimum of 2 years’ in a leadership role in a contact center
    • Outsourcing experience in a contact center required
    • Leadership experience preferred
    • Analytical skills
    • Time management skills
    • Outsourcing experience a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Project management experience preferred
    • Excel proficient
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Strong presentation skills


    Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Employee will have access to personal identifiable information (PII) and business confidential information
    • Direct leadership contact for contact center outsourcing/remote worker projects
    • Monitor and report on standards set for outsourcing and remote workers
    • Review outsourcing billing and escalate concerns
    • Become proficient in Noble dialer execution and reporting
    • Review and audit call monitors
    • Communicate directly with outsourcing company regarding policies and procedures
    • Other duties as assigned
    The standard hours for this position are:
    The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Late night and weekend hours may be required.  Passport is required for business travel outside of the USA.
