Overview

Provider of diverse  lending solutions is seeking account managers for their Asset Recovery Department

Responsibilities

Handle charge-off collections 

  • Perform basic and advanced skip-tracing with the use of internal and external skip tracing resources
  • Negotiate account resolution and accurately input and document all actions within the collections system
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Must have working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Privacy Act (FDCPA)
  • Ability to work 1 night each week and 1 Saturday each month
  • Employee will have access to personal identifiable information (PII) and business confidential information
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years’ collection experience
  • Exceptional decision making and problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of skip tracing and the civil litigation process

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 5:30 pm. There is a requirement of one late night each

week and one Saturday each month.

 

 

•             Spanish Differential for qualified applicants

•             40 vacation hours after 6 months of employment, 80 vacation hours after 1 year of employment
