The Benefits manager position located in WI is responsible for administration of employee benefits in all Company operations. This position provides guidance and assistance on employee benefit plans to all locations.
This position plans, develops, recommends, implements, and manages employee benefits programs including health and welfare plans, Section 125 flexible spending, wellness and 401(k) plans. The position will ensure that plans are administered consistent with Company objectives and strategy and ensure that all benefit plans are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
This position operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc. Minimal travel required.
